Start your weekend with the best kind of happy hour: Nia Technique fusion wellness incorporates music, dance, playfulness, and joy, all while developing whole body-mind-spirit conditioning. Combining movements from dance, martial arts, yoga, and healing arts, Nia is appropriate for all ages, body types, and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, young to old. No dance background is required, although it’s great if you love to dance. The practice helps students to cultivate vitality, healing, and holistic balance. You will leave class feeling better—that’s a guarantee. Drop-ins welcome.
Black Belt Nia Instructor Holly Kania is new to the UUCUV community. She has been teaching Nia in Metrowest Boston for fifteen years. She is excited to offer Nia in the Upper Valley, especially in the beautiful light-filled space at UUCUV. She’s offering a special discount drop-in rate to UUCUV congregants of $10/class, others will be charged $15/class.
