Design development will proceed in earnest during the first quarter of 2015. This will include permit discussions with municipal and state agencies, as well as a round of interviews of potential contractors.
The Capital Campaign will be underway at the same time, with the results closely informing the design process. We will build what we can afford, balancing our need against our means, subject to the approval of the Board and the Congregation. A construction plan and a financial plan for the project will be presented for Congregational approval in the Spring of 2015.
