TANASI is a worldgrass trio based in Asheville, North Carolina, channeling global folk traditions through the drive, textures, and close harmonies of an Appalachian string band. With Billy Cardine on dobro and slide instruments, Anya Hinkle on vocals and guitar, and Mary Lucey on vocals, upright bass, and clawhammer banjo, the group unites three widely acclaimed roots artists whose combined careers span decades of touring, recording, and cross-cultural exchange. fEBRUARY 13, 2027, 7 pm - ALEKSI CAMPAGNE

Aleksi Campagne is uniquely qualified to offer a contemporary, indie-folk take on the time-honoured fiddle-singing tradition. At five years old, he began performing alongside his mother, Canadian folk icon, Connie Kaldor. At 19, Aleksi moved to Paris to study under jazz violin legend Didier Lockwood. At 21, Aleksi became the only student to have ever been accepted into the classical violin, the jazz violin and the jazz voice performance programs at McGill University. Novos Caminhos is the meeting of two leading voices in Brazilian instrumental music: Ian Coury (10-string mandolin) and Igor Souza (7-string guitar). May 14, 2027, 7 pm - Lucy Kaplansky

In January 2025 Lucy released her tenth album, “The Lucy Story,” a collection of mostly unreleased tracks that form a retrospective/history of her musical life, from her bedroom at age 16, all the way to major venues, clubs and recording studios across the U.S. and Europe. When she moved to New York at age 18, she became part of an incredible, unique community of singers, songwriters and musicians centered around Folk City in Greenwich Village.  The album features live recordings with some of Lucy’s favorite collaborators, including Dar Williams, Richard Shindell, and Shawn Colvin. “The Lucy Story" also features demos and album outtakes with stellar musicians including Larry Campbell, Andy Statman, Tony Trischka, Matt Glaser, and Duke Levine.  https://lucykaplansky.com/videos
